Concerning the Guidance and Lectures in April 2020

4月からの新学期の講義および行事等については、新型コロナウィルス感染症の状況を見定めつつ、最適な方法を検討中です。進学・新学期ガイダンスや講義についてはオンラインを中心として実施することを予定しております。
ガイダンスや講義の実施方法等の詳細について、学生の皆さんには、随時、このHP、郵送文書および電子メール等にて情報をお伝えしますので、ご確認ください。

学生の皆さんにおかれましては、 下記の作業をしていただき、確実に情報が届けられるよう、準備をお願いいたします。

1)在学中の学生の皆さんは、 UTAS に登録してある住所および電子メールアドレスを最新のものに更新してください。 建築学科からは、UTASへの登録に基づき、情報をお送りする予定です。

2)在学中の学生の皆さんは、 ECCSクラウドメールを使えるように作業をしてください。 クラウドメールの設定方法はhttps://www.ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jp/announcement/2016/04/01_2159.html
を参照してください。この設定が完了すると、 「自分で設定した名前」@g.ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jp というgoogleアカウントが与えられ、通常のgmailアカウント等と同様に、googleにログインすることができます。 学科、専攻からの情報伝達には、こちらのアカウントを活用することを予定していますので、かならず作業を行い、@g.ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jp のメールを受信できるようにしておいてください。

@g.ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jpでgoogleにログインすると、以下のページを閲覧可能です。

3)他大学等から入学される大学院新入生の皆さんには、3月31日に、メールにてアカウント情報等をお送りする予定です(内部進学者は現状のUTアカウントが継続して使えるので、3月中に上記1)と2)を設定しておくこと)。その書類を受け取り次第、上記 1)および2)の作業を行ってください。
また、できる限り、(新)指導教員に連絡先を通知し、指導教員からも必要な連絡が取れるような体制を整えるようにしてください。
なお、発熱や風邪のような症状がある場合は自宅にいるようにしてください。症状がない場合でも、大学に来る場合はマスクの着用などの咳エチケット、人との距離を最低1メートル以上あけるなど、ご留意ください。

Dear undergraduate and graduate students of the Department of Architecture (including incoming students)

Concerning the lectures and other academic activities in the new semester starting in April 2020, the department is contemplating the best options while taking into account the latest situation of the coronavirus pandemic. Guidance and lectures for the new semester are scheduled to be conducted mainly through online.
Students will be notified about the procedures of the online guidance and lectures through this web page or emails etc.

All students are kindly asked to do the following preparation steps in order to be able to receive the necessary notifications and information.

1) For current students, please update your latest address and email address on UTAS. Any notifications and information from the department will be sent to the addresses registered on UTAS.

2) All current students are kindly asked to set up their ECCS cloud mail. Please refer to the web page bellow on how to set up the cloud mail:

Once the set up is completed, you will be given a google account [“username” @ g.ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jp] which you can use to log in to google just like a normal gmail account.
Information from the department are scheduled be transmitted through these accounts, so please be sure to set up your @ g.ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jp account.

Students should be able to browse the following page after logging in to google using their @ g.ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jp account.

3) For incoming graduate students entering from other educational institutions, information on accounts etc will be sent by email on 31st March 2020. (As for incoming graduate students entering from University of Tokyo, please continue to use your current UT account and complete the above 1) and 2) procedures within March 2020). Upon receipt of the documents, please proceed with the above 1) and 2) procedures.
In addition, please notify your new supervising professor of your contact information and make necessary arrangements for future communication.

If you have symptoms such as fever or cold, please stay at home. Even if you do not have any symptoms, please be mindful when coming to the campus, such as wearing a mask, practice cough etiquette, and keeping at least one meter away from people.
