Ab Rogers “Design and the Mind”

SEKISUI HOUSE – KUMA LAB is hosting a lecture by Ab Rogers.
Rogers has pursued a unique approach to poetic yet functional spatial design at his studio Ab Rogers Design, incorporating color, movement, and tactility. He has worked on a diverse range of international projects, from major cultural institutions to commercial spaces like Comme des Garçons Paris.
In recent years, Rogers has focused on innovative design in the wellbeing and healthcare sectors. In 2021, his design for “The Hospital of the Future” won the prestigious Wolfson Economics Prize. Alongside his practice, he has nurtured emerging talent through long-standing teaching roles at the Royal College of Art.
With a multifaceted background including cabinetmaking and sailing, Rogers brings a singular perspective to this lecture. Don’t miss this unique opportunity.
