Practical work on Architectural History
We give a “practical work on architectural history” in winter semester of the third year. It aims to visit many historical buildings and modern & contemporary architectures, and to improve architecture’s understanding from various viewpoints. To observe many architectures in five days and four night is a precious chance for students to experience the space and the texture of architectures practically. Also it is a good chance to strengthen friendship among students, also between students and faculties.
We visited Kyoto and Shiga in 2012, and visited Ise, Wakayama, and Osaka in 2013.
