清家 剛
工学部建築学科助手時代には外周壁に関する研究、執筆活動が多い。 特に耐震性の分野では、兵庫県南部地震の被害調査報告を多数行うとともに、 建設省の耐震構造計画基準等、非構造部材に関連する基準類の制定、改正にも参加している。 また、学会、建設省、住宅・都市整備公団のカーテンウォールの仕様書製作に関わっている。
研究としては、外周壁の総合的な性能確保に関する研究を、中心的課題の一つとしている。 外周壁は様々な専門工事業者の設計と工事が関連する部分であり、設計、生産における 役割分担と責任関係等の視点から研究を行っている。現在は東京大学の新しい大学院である 環境学専攻に所属しており、建築生産と環境について考える立場から、改修・解体技術や リサイクル技術、また環境に配慮するための設計・生産段階の意思決定プロセス等を研究している。

My research activities mainly focus on the environmental estimation of architecture through it’s development: construction, improvement, conservation and destruction process. Recent themes of study are shown below.
