Professor Toshio Otsuki received the 2025 Urban Housing Association Achievement Award on November 29, 2025. The award was given for his comprehensive approach to end-of-life planning and housing support for elderly single women and its base, “Miyakonojo Happy Hat” (jointly awarded with Ryutaro Saito and Hisami Hattanda).
